  • Trial Duration: From the date of delivery, you have 90 nights to sleep on your new Geli Pillow or Geli Bed in the comfort of your home.
  • Adjustment Period: We require that you use the product for a minimum of 30 nights before initiating a return or exchange. This period allows your body to adjust to the new pillow or mattress, as it often takes time to experience the full benefits.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

If after 30 nights you find that the Geli product isn't meeting your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within the remaining trial period. Here's how:

  • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support team with your order details to initiate the process.
  • Product Condition: Ensure the product is in good condition, free from stains, damages, or significant wear. Using a mattress protector during the trial period can help maintain its condition.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds are issued at the discretion of Geli Inc. and will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
